Leslie A. Burgk is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and before the United States’ District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mrs. Burgk’s practice areas include intellectual property and bankruptcy. In addition to a juris doctorate, Mrs. Burgk received a master’s in intellectual property law from Franklin Pierce Law Center one of the consistently, top ranked law schools in the nation for intellectual property law. She also studied copyright and entertainment law at Bond University in Queensland, Australia and has been able to draw on her experience as well as contacts she developed at the university to assist clients with international intellectual property matters.
Mrs. Burgk has experience working for a large, multi-national law firm located in Boston, Massachusetts as well as a medium-sized IP boutique firm in Coral Gables, Florida and a small IP boutique firm in Stuart, Florida. Mrs. Burgk founded the Law Office of Leslie A. Burgk, P.A. in 2006.
